Ordering Copies and Reprints

The Virginius H. Chase Special Collections Center, of Bradley's Cullom-Davis Library, and the Illinois Chapter APCO encourage use of the APCO Historical Collection by any interested persons. However, requests for photocopies of collection materials must be ordered via instructions given in the next paragraph, or via e-mail links provided in this Web site. The library cannot accept orders for copies over the telephone. For other purposes, the telephone number for the Special Collections Center is (309) 677-2822, while the main library phone number is (309) 677-3502.

Persons interested in obtaining photocopies or reprints of any published materials are directed to first inquire of the APCO Publications office at the APCO-International Headquarters. Be prepared to fully identify all requested materials with the detailed information found by searching this Web site. They will advise you as to the cost and availability of requested items. Limited quantities of entire back issues are also available for sale. Call for Barbara Lawrence at 1-888-272-6911 or 1-386-322-2500, ext. 2447, to get more information. Only if the requested item is no longer available via APCO-International, orders will be accepted for photocopies made from the Historical Collection (click here for the e-mail link). All requested items must be fully identified. Additionally, the requester's name, telephone number, e-mail and postal addresses must be provided. A minimum fee of US$5 is required to cover copying, shipping within the U.S., and handling expenses for 25 or fewer pages; additional pages are 15 cents each. Shipments outside the U.S. will require twice the above fees to cover added postage charges. Advance payment is required; checks payable to Bradley University should be sent to: Special Collections Center, Cullom-Davis Library, Bradley University, 1511 West Bradley Avenue, Peoria, Illinois 61625. Within the U.S., allow approximately four weeks after receipt of your payment for first-class mail delivery. Foreign shipments will naturally require a longer time. The Library's Special Collections Center is not staffed to handle a large volume of such requests.
